"bringing the deep peace of the sea into people's lives, one
breath at a time"

"portare la pace profonda del mare nella vita di tutti, un respiro alla volta"
Water, silence and blue
The in-water session is dedicated to static breath-holding, floating, and the exploration of deeper relaxation. Through a progressive and guided approach, the body gradually adapts to the water, reducing tension and unnecessary energy expenditure.
This is not about performance, but about comfort, awareness, and presence.
The sea ceases to be something to control and becomes a space where you can feel lighter, calmer, and naturally at ease.

Breathing and relaxation
Before entering the water, we take the time to slow down. Through breathing exercises, movement, and diaphragm work, the body gradually releases tension while the mind becomes calmer and more present.
When breathing changes, the way we experience the sea changes as well.
The water ceases to be something to overcome and becomes a space where you can feel lighter, more comfortable, and naturally relaxed.

Preparation and presence
Each experience is designed to be progressive and accessible, even for those who have never practiced freediving. Through movement, breathing, and guided preparation, the body gradually develops greater comfort, mobility, and awareness.
The goal is not performance, but creating the ideal conditions to feel relaxed, present, and naturally at ease in the water.
